I know that several of us here were in Vegas a year ago for the big party.

I know The Blister, Amby, MF, Pally, FairWarning, 20Four7 have all made a return trip.

Not returning you have me, Robyn, Teela, Matty, Reno, The Xes, Juror, Pavy, Vegas Dave, Hoff, Diogee, Madmaxx.

Do you feel a void? Do you feel like you're missing out?

I am always saddened when there is a party that I'm not a part of. But I think I'm going to be OK. I really, really do.

Not at all. Last year was a blast but Vegas itself was kind of a letdown. I'd rather die again in a South Beach reggae bar or hang out among the ridiculous amount of eye candy in the OC.

(Speaking of which, I have no idea why Blitty would wanna trade Costa Mesa for NYC. And I do love NYC.)

Can't wait to have a fokken steady income again, lotsa places to party in still.

We're gonna skip out on the annual Vegas trip for a few years and try to knock out some other cities. Won't ever skip our yearly New Orleans visit though. No way.

NYC - Both been, but with other people, rushed. We just want to walk out and walk in a direction, clueless. Get eaten up by the concrete jungle.

Portland/Seattle - This is high on my list. Very high.

Denver - Shots with Reno Cool, hello?? No but seriously, it's on the list.

Chicago - I've never been. Robyn loves it. Imagine all the friends I would make bar hopping there. OMG.

Matt, are you in the ranks of the recent self-employed type like myself? I now feel like a pauper at times.....

I've done my own thing for the last 2.5 years BGS. Business was fantastic in 2008. Burned myself out sometime in 2009. Never again. Gimme an open cubicle and a bunch of power-tripping egomaniacs.

It's tough Matt, I give you huge props for trying. After doing what I do for almost 20 years for employers, I just had to give it a shot solo...

You got to do Denver and Chicago. Very cool places. I used to go bar hopping in Chicago. One time we met Frank Thomas when he was with the Sox. Big and friendly guy he didn't have a big entourage but he knows how to score some nice chicks.

Pavy how much taller than you was FT?

He was at least 3 inches taller but he was bald and I had a 2" fro so it didn't look that bad. But the big difference was in his shoulders. He had massive shoulders and that was during the roid era in the late 90's so I'm not sure if he was on the juice. He was never accused of doing anything illegal.
