Best way to play iPOD in car?

Can't remember, around $20. Best Buy sells them. Biggest hassle is you need the tuner high for the antenna on the wire.

The quality ones are between $60-80.

How much do they run?

I think mine was in the $60 range but that was a couple years ago. There is no antenna or anything. You just plug it into the cigarette lighter/outlet and then set the radio to the same FM station that the charger is set to.

but you need the wire up at least dash-height. It works, but it is a PITA

I don't think we are talking about the same thing/model. I plug a charger into the power outlet and the other end into the Ipod. That's it. The cord between the two can be anywhere and bend every which way I want it to.
