out at dinner with my girl ordered two dished and some beer. the 2nd dish took forever to arrive, and when it finally arrive, it is not the one i ordered. i told the waiter it is the not the dish i ordered, and he said it is the one i ordered. at that time i was a bit buzzed so my argument pretty much just repeating, no it is not. so after like 10 min, i think the waiter finally gave up and didn;t charge me for it. i think he has to pay it out of his own pocket. oh well, i guess i am not going back to that restaurant again.

fyi, i think i might have ordered the wrong dish...but i seriously don;t remember at that time...the one i wanted is right next to the one he gave me...so i don't really know.

I am the king of making references that no one knows what the hell I'm talking about but in this case, I feel like I was on solid ground. In other words: the problem is not me, it's you.

There is a story in the news the last few days about how 90 year-old Mickey Rooney has been the victim of "Elder abuse." He testified before the senate or some damn thing. It has gotten a fair bit of play. I'm a bit surprised there is no thread about it here.

As a reference, it is nowhere near as obscure as a lot of stuff I come up with.



Anyway Rooney didn't come out and say that pico was involved but I assume so.
