So we are searching for a new car boys

Paid 26K in 2012
Insurance is giving me 21K today (that's good math) and paying the remainder of my loan

Might scale down, not sure. Loved driving this car, already tried to find something similar but hard to beat 31K miles on a 2010 so might go up to the 2012. It's interesting looking at the BMW series, I think mostly what you pay for is the exterior of the car. It's got a great look, but the inside is nothing much to speak of. Maybe I have to drive it again. I remember it did handle well. Also looking at Toyotas and Fords, even considered the Subaru line.

3-series is a fantastic driving machine. Would be my second choice after a V8 Mustang.

damn, those are smooth rides too, cougs... couple years ago, i drove one about 250miles and it was extremely smooth...had awesome acceleration from say 90 to 120 too... i would look into audi's too

Audi >>>>>> BMW but Audi`s are extremely expensive and don't age well. If you can afford a new A4 or A6, go for it. Amazing ride with much better cabin space thean a BMW.

Jettas are for chicks. Maxed out Passats look nice.

Mustangs are for males under 30. They reek of "I have not grown up yet".

Cougs, how about a Jeep Rubicon?

Jeep's and Cadillacs are constantly in the shop my GF's cousin owns, he says avoid them. I do like some of the Jeeps, but the bumpy ride would annoy me.

Not crazy about the color though interior makes up for it
