when i started this cut, i decided to start slow and kept my carbs around 75ish grams for the first week. (mostly in my veggies and protein cereal) and ive been maintaining under 50g since then...ill be happy to cut for 4-6 weeks...goddamn late night cravings are mean as hell though...i keep some Fit and Active caramel rice cakes around... 8 little cakes = 60 cals and 13carbs... they are a fucking life savor, jimmer ..
