^ As above but in more detail, you are essentially placing two separate bets at two different spreads. At pk and -0.5:

1) You lose both bets with a Germany loss (since the -0.5 and the pk both lost)
2) With a draw, you push the pk (since it neither covered nor lost) and lose the -0.5
3) With any Germany win you win both bets (since you covered both the -0.5 and the pk
 
Nothing is a lock in the WC stage but its not a bad play. I heard alot of talk of how Serbia was going to be tough this year, nah uh, I never believed it for a second that's why I have Ghana to go through. I would play it.
