I don't think there is a single supplement that actually burns fat. Uf there was there would be no fat chicks or dudes. These pills just give you a boost of energy which may make people more active which would then help you burn more calories. There is no magic lose fat pill.

blittser, i really dont know much about the pills... 2 of them is 160mg of caffeine , so there is where you get your jittery feeling... they sell th shit out of the pills and drink mix... ingredients look fine... has it effected your appetite any? should speed up your metabolism a bit and you will start to get more hungry... thats when the will power has to kick in... gl
