I used to have an over-masturbation problem. 2-4 times per day depending on if I had time. I would sometimes do it when I was bored, other times it was kind of a scheduled thing, like I would condition myself to do it before I went to sleep.
I don't think I'm depressed, but I do believe I have low serotonin levels due to this, so I said to myself I would only do it 2x per week. And one of those times would only be the stop/start method, where I wouldn't even allow myself to ejaculate. But I'm telling you, this method works for me. It feels good, but I dont even crave the ejaculation anymore.
It's only been a week so far, but I swear I feel a lot better now, my dick even seems to be a bit bigger and thicker now, but most of all my mind is sharper than ever. I feel stronger as well at the gym, and played the game of my life yesterday at soccer, scoring a hat trick, and even stealing the ball easily from the other team's two star players.
I don't feel horny all the time, nor do I feel like I will cum instantly the next time my dick gets touched. The stop/start technique (while used primarily for premature ejaculation), has helped me satisfy my urges without losing the benefits of not masturbating, and also keeps my dick used to the sensation of touch.
Most of all, maybe this is just coincidence as it's only been a week, but I notice more women approaching me and talking to me. I went out this weekend and all kinds of women started talking to me, even ones with bfs spent most of their time with me and I even got one of their numbers. I don't know if there is a correlation between abstinence from masturbation and pheromone production, but at first glance it seemed like there was.
So many benefits, I'll never go back to 2-4x per day again.
Anyone else had similar experiences?
