Apparently, Ive got Gluttony issues...

I sleep a minimum of 12 hours a day and eat out a few times a week, I also only shop for groceries when I've eaten everything in my cupboards/fridge/freezer.

That means sometimes my dinner may be a can of peas or a couple bowls of dry chocolate cheerios.

i usually eat the good stuff first and then when I'm really hungry I eat the healthy food (that is the only food left).
 
I virtually never eat out except maybe a donut a month from Tim Hortons. I eat very little processed food and, other than 1 regular snack per evening, I seldom snack between meals.

There is not a single person that would describe me as overweight, now or any time in recent memory. I am known as an unusually slow eater.
