At sportsbooks there are instances of obvious errors like a +13 listed as a -13 and there are instances of off market lines. A reputable book hanging an off market line should sack whoever is inputting the prices rather than even considering voiding the wager and chalk it up as a life lesson, the lesson being if you can't keep up with the market then don't offer the wager.
