Hilarious.
First off, the Skins got FIVE downs to score their (almost) game tying touchdown. Somehow the refs got the count wrong. So the Redskins score on 5th and 4 from the Bucs 6 yard line with 19 seconds left. Score 17-16 TB. Then the kicking team comes out for the tying extra point and the ball goes right through the holder's hands and they don't even get the kick off.
