What is a Rogers debt? And any debt without some kind of lien is probably impossible to collect as long as you don't mind being known as a deadbeat. So many people owe money probably not in the minority.

In the UK, I believe it is 6 years, although I think the period for legal claims is similar.

He's not talking about his credit file, he is referring to the amount of time a creditor has to start court proceedings and obtain a judgment against him.

Without a judgment his wages cannot be garnished.
