The Pirates announced these moves on their Twitter account. Brian Burres will start tonight in SF
Ohlendorf felt discomfort after getting out of bed this morning. He is expected to make his next start, Saturday in Pittsburgh against the Cincinnati Reds.
Burres, who turned 29 last week, had an abysmal spring for the Pirates, with a 14.73 ERA -- six runs and seven walks in 3 2/3 innings -- but he had been set to pitch tonight for Indianapolis, so he was the choice.

In 81 appearances in the majors, including 41 starts, Burres is 13-20 with a 6.08 ERA. He made two appearances last year with the Toronto Blue Jays.
