should have looked over and shaken his head NO, told her to get down or waived for his security...is it such a small and lame venue that there is no security anywhere? a lot being made about her being a female... the gender doesnt matter as much because he is swinging that hard at whoever it would have been and whoever it was would be suing anyways... its overly malicious and could have been fatal...not to mention it could have been avoided... i read where she is definitely suing and although they rarely ever win cases, im pulling for her... fuck that asshole

Statement from his rep after his arrest:

""This was a completely involuntary reflex reaction to people infringing on his stage space," the rep said in a statement. "It was uncharacteristic behavior that was initiated by outside uncontrolled forces."

You can get so much into what you are doing music wise that to be touched when you are not supposed to be could do this..

I am of this opinion...you are not supposed to be on the stage unless springstein offers you his hand to go up on it.

Dont give a flying flip it was a chick..equal rights..then equal slights

he watched her come up and walk by him... i think he already had it in his head that he was going to throw that punch if she touched him...a lot of built up anger...and i agree with equal rights/slights... but with nobody running at her to get her down and afronig not asking her to leave or motion to security to do anything, she didnt know she was in the wrong, imo..

Im sure Mr. Quincy can tell us some stories of people getting the shit beat out of them and thrown off stages...
