this is my cousin and her son. he was born with mitochonrial disease and has had a tuff go so far in life.
he had a heat stroke last yr, and the docs determined that due to the disease his body can no longer regulate his temps.
Doc says hes not to be outside if the temp is over 90. or risk a heat stroke..
here it get into the 90s in April and last til Sept.
They came up with the idea to build him his own play room onto the house so he can live a somewhat happy childhood.
but they dont have the funds to build the room...
hence this project being born..

so far the footers are poured but having a hard time collecting funds to buy all materials for the addition...
just about all the labor to build the addition has been accounted for by local contractors
and of course I will be donating trim materials and labor...

Kim Lowery Etheridge The coolest thing happened to Hunter today! Mark Richt, head coach of Hunter's favorite football team, The Georgia Bulldogs, sent him a letter telling him that he read his story in the newspaper! He encouraged Hunter to never give up and to keep fighting. He also sent him 2 autographed photos of himself.
