ill probably partake in a few beers after i cash my OSP ticket tonight (now -110 at tonys) ... but only a few
house, i have done squats my last 15 trips to the gym (along with whatever body part im doing) ... i usually take a day off a week... took today off and will be back at them tomorrow... actually tomorrow is my normal leg day anyways...trying to make it 30 days of squatting in order to break through a plateau... take a full week off and then see if im any stronger before i start to cut calories
my point is, its too fucking hard to do 5-6sets of squats after a night of drinking
