Yeah it depends on buy-ins/stakes and all that. Your guess is pretty spot on for what I used to do, was like 90% in smaller events (giving some buddies a sweat) and 70-75% in bigger ones like this. These last two years I've kept 50%, picked my schedule first then talked dollar amounts with...
