Have you tried calling/emailing the IPTVs customer service team? Virtually all companies that accept crypto are happy to walk folks through the process.

Yeah good clear up, that was what I was trying to highlight but did a bad job of haha. Not sure how Vegas gets a 121 with all the crime there, but like most on this list there are of course good and bad areas.

Crime rate is included in the "Health and Safety" column, which rates Memphis a "1" 😂. But that column does seem kind of arbitrary, hard to know without a better breakdown of weighting of each factor.
