Brick & mortar as a whole is struggling bad. People are buying on Amazon and DoorDash and staying home. I expect a significant percentage of my bike dealers to go under this winter. It's really really bad. Consumers don't give a shit.

I'm also tracking & restricting calories. I just find it way easier to eat only 1600 calories a day (+ whatever I burn by exercising) on keto vs a SAD (standard American diet). Keto makes you feel way less hungry. That's what makes it worth all the hassle to me. I'm planning to do it for 4-5...
