Proving once again I have no idea how financial stuff works, I am actually getting a return of ~ $1400. People have always impressed on me that large amounts of overtime lead to a higher amount owing at tax time. I have never done more overtime in my life than I did in 2020. Not even close...

I don't know about this topic. I buy a whole chicken from Swiss Chalet pretty regularly. I bring it home and add my own tomato/lettuce/whatever and make two dinners out of that. It's "fast" food - compared to cooking a chicken at home - but it doesn't feel like what this thread is talking...
