Of course they are. And people are arrested. We had 30something busted today! But where are the people screaming that this is injustice?

I agree and disagree. There are very low income rural areas throughout the country as well. They do not have the same drug issue. They also have poor educational foundations, low employment opportunities (although that may undergo a change in the near future) but they do not have the same drug...

But it doesn't change the fact that the laws were still broken. Same thing with all the DNC email hacks. Just because they were hacked and published doesn't change what was written in them in the first place. The drugs were already illegal. The "war on drugs" didn't change that.
