Light breakfast before power washing
 
Did a little bit of a different spin on a classic gyro and tried shaved Ribeye instead. I cooked the Ribeye till done, probably something like medium or medium well but it came out good. Not tough at all. Made the tzatziki sauce from scratch (next time will add mint and slightly more lemon). The sauce makes an excellent low calorie veggie dip too.

Not pictured: pita bread. Grill in a pan with olive oil on high heat 1-2 min a side just have to watch it close.
