Yes but I did it wrong. It was like 25 years ago. Young and dumb.

Did the whole thing (South to North) in one LONG fucking day.

Doing the PCH correctly is on my bucket list.

I will start in Redwood National Park and do the PCH North to South and take 5-7 days doing it.

Big Sur is amazing.
 
I've done the PCH from LA to SF split over 3 days, stopping in Cambria and Monterey along the way, then back down (inland) to Vegas same day to get to the 2009 SBR Bash. Was epic.

I wanna do it again on a motorcycle one day.

Thought about it in Switzerland back in 2017. Ultimately passed in favor of car (more freedom for better stops/food, etc).

My hometown is where pch originated in south. I’ve taken it to SF.

Think we are doing Swiss in March. Prob Paris - Swiss-Frankfurt by train.

Didn't try. My sisters are taking two weeks to go Vegas to Denver with various NP stops in between. They "really want" me come but didn't consult me re: dates or accommodations so that's a nonvitation. Trying to spend 4+ weeks in Saratoga Springs this summer. Will do more NPs when youngest is old enough to be 90% solo on a hike.
