What if I told you their are more than 40 different Oreo flavors currently?
What if I told you that Post Malone has his own signature flavor?
With all these flavors out there, I researched to see which ones I’ve tried. I can say with a modicum of guilt I’ve tried 13 of them.
Of the ones I’ve tried, these are my top 5
I’ve included Milk Dunkability Rankings (MKR) on these as well.
5. Peanut Butter Oreo: The flavor profile of this Oreo is actually subtle in peanut butter flavor and not nearly as sweet as I expected. That was a good thing. MDR: 7/10
4. Red Velvet Oreo: The aesthetic on these kicks up the rating a bit. Whilst the filling was a tad artificial in flavor, the combination worked quite well. Added points for turning my milk pink. MDR 8/10
3. Mint Oreo: Thin Mint on steroids. Always a fan of the Girl Scout cookie. Went through a sleeve of these in minutes once. Unreal. MDR 7/10
2. Traditional Oreo: Can’t have a list without the OG. So close to cookie perfection for many. No need to expound on this one. You’ve all had it MDR: 7/10
1. Golden Oreo: I’ll probably get hate for this, but these things are insanely addictive. When you eliminate chocolate from a cookie, you don’t feel nearly eating a package of them in one sitting. What makes these really stand out is after dipping them in milk, the milk become a glorious flavor that I wish someone would bottle and sell like egg nog during the holidays. Just a perfect pairing. MDR: 10/10
