Depends.

If his fingerprints and DNA are already in the criminal justice system (or one of those DNA companies that was all the rage 8 years ago), he is probably cooked.

But if not, yes, the odds are falling.

Someone saw the photo of him with his face exposed and was like “yeah I know that motherfucker”. They’ve either contacted the police already or they’re waiting for the $10K reward to turn into $100K

It’s weird that the wealthy family has not increased the reward for info leading to the arrest of the suspect. .

I think it's very likely that they know who he is based on the unmasked photo. But that only goes so far if we make the (admittedly huge) assumption he was or is willing and able to leave his life behind.

I know I was on the hitman trian early but now I'm on the military trained vendetta guy who did plenty of planning and has lucked into a 10% chance of getting away with this.

Gonna sell millions of copies of his book.
