Steves, just say no
Followed by corn syrup secondWhen sugar is the first ingredient listed, you may as well call it a day
Corn syrup in my opinion is much worse for a person than sugar. The human body doesn’t process corn very well, the picture of people at the beach in the 70s all thin and fit looking compared to a modern day picture of obese people can be contributed to fact that food processors starting using corn syrup as a sweetener because it was cheaper.Followed by corn syrup second
For some reason they need both 😂
I don't think there's anything to support the notion that 100 cals of HFCS has any different health effects on the body than 100 cals of cane sugar. In fact, they're nearly identical from a chemistry standpoint and the body doesnt know the difference when it is processing sucralose (and fructose) from cane, beets, corn, whatever.Corn syrup in my opinion is much worse for a person than sugar. The human body doesn’t process corn very well, the picture of people at the beach in the 70s all thin and fit looking compared to a modern day picture of obese people can be contributed to fact that food processors starting using corn syrup as a sweetener because it was cheaper.
Interesting viewpoint.Lots of cheap cocaine in the 70s. Or that’s what I was told. Coke suppresses your appetite thus the skinny beach bods or that’s my working theory.
