With my new found unemployment in trying to establish a routine of working out. Monday, Wed, Fri. Push/pull/legs. No real care about how much or whether to go for bulk or strength. Just trying to reform the habit of spending 30-40mins 3x a week minimum on weight training. Everything else is gravy.
