Just came back from my first post-crash ride. Took it easy for just over an hour. My whole upper chest and back are sore but it was fine otherwise. The bike feels super nice with its older but higher quality bits. I'm thrilled with it. 👌

Once during the pre-licensing course, while doing emergency braking drills in the rain. I was having fun sliding to come to a stop, and on one of the passes I went overboard with the braking and the little Ninja 250 suddenly disappeared from under me. I bruised a few ribs there too.

I'm like 75% better, but I still need to sleep on the couch on my left side. Right side of ribcage still hurts, along with my sternum, neck, left thumb and forearm.
I somehow ended up on my back last night and that triggered a weird dream where I was getting stabbed in my lower back. I started yelling HELP! in my sleep and that freaked out JL, who ran to wake up wifey:
-Mommy wake up! I think Papa's hurt!
-No no, I just had a bad dream, sorry.
