Wow don't know for sure if above is real but I will say I believe it presently unless FACTUAL proof someone can show me. And to think people can just literally go into stores and loot without repercussions. Here people have their life completely turned upside down while the loiters haven't.

Exception to enforcement, is Cali where it's perfectly legal to take $899 worth of goods out of establishments.
