This entails being in an isolation cell and having to wear an anti-suicide smock with regular checks by the guards, like every 15 mins or so.

Once off of suicide alert he would likely remain in the same isolation cell (protective custody) as he is a high profile inmate. Then the guards would allow him to exchange the smock for regular jail clothes/uniform.

Seems easy to believe, the Venezuelan government pays to put their rapists on direct flights from Caracas to Miami, this includes seats in first class/business.

It's a no-brainer that Venezuelan rapists would risk their health, safety, and lives traveling a dangerous and very long journey through the jungle on foot for weeks to get to the US because the raping is just so good there.
