All starts today if anyone is interested. If only our soccer guru Saulty was still sround.

Will of course be watching Juventus playing a very in-form PSV squad. I know Dutch not top notch league but PSV so far 5-0 with 20-3 goal diff. so far.

Every team will be placed in a single league, and then play eight fixtures against eight different opponents with four of these matches at home and four away.
At the end of the eight matchdays, the top eight teams in the league will then advance to the round of 16, where they will be joined by eight winners of two-legged play-offs between the sides finishing 9th-24th in the table.

More or less the same that 16 clubs make it to the knockout stage.
