That wasn’t my point more abortion which a lot of the right is against helps keep down social welfare programs which the right complain about. So if abortion helps decrease the expansion of social welfare, why isn’t abortion good in the eyes of the right.

I can only conclude politicians are all hypocrites.

Trump kind of screwed himself on this, basically appeasing the pro-lifers. They are against abortion for religious reasons more than social welfare.
