actually it's the latinos that are expanding, they went from 12% to 16% of the population in the last 10 years
blacks have stayed at 12% same as a decade ago, and it will stay like that or even shrink in the next 10 years
excluding brazil the united states is the 2nd biggest latin american country after mexico with a population of 50 million
los angeles county has 4.7 million latinos alone bigger than the population of uruguay
US prison population is 2 million, 40% of them black

True some African Americans harp on what was done to their ancestor’s and spout about being owed. At the same time though there are whites that feel they entitled to things simply because of their heritage.
I'm sympathetic to slavery and embarrassed that members of my own family tree were involved in that and even worse acts of violence against blacks. I'm not responsible for the actions of others and I can't change what has been done, I can't accept blame either though.
The divide between the ethnic races will never close as long as we promote hate more than understanding. Makes for better press and a convenient excuse though.
