What type of "production standard" does Pepsi have? Besides short of pissing in the cans, what the hell do you do NOT to meet that standard?

Build 15 pallets or 300 cases per hour every hour. A average pallet consists of 20-24 cases which 5-20 different products. Before our CBA was ratified the unspoken( not in writting) standard was 160. They doubled it over night. Since 15 ppl been injured. Unsafe work enviornment and work pace with 15 ppl in each aisle literally running to try and hit said goals.
