Malinga, Gayle Champions League T20 Final

Lasith Malinga who has made a late surge on the wickets tally will face Chris Gayle's power hitting when the Mumbai Indians face the Royal Challengers Bangalore in an All Indian T20 Champions League Final.

Bangalore's success has revolved around the top order players in Tillakaratne Dilshan and Virat Kohli along with Gayle the trio has provided the main push to make the team go past 200-plus totals in two back-to-back games.

Malinga, who has been the main factor in Mumbai winning matches in the tournament, will be the catalyst once again in deciding the match winner. As we have seen poor performances at all position in the Mumbai side from malfunctioning batsmen and support bowlers, and floundering fielders and keeper. If he can somehow disrupt Bangalore's top order, specially Gayle, only then will they have a chance at winning this match.
