Got into it w the Ex's brother and fiancee this morning. We won't ever speak again. That was the result 174 wanted and that's exactly what we got. Me likee.

Heis closing today. Pretty cool. Was a tough one to land as everything went through her accountant. But when we came w her at 3.75% he said yes and it was all systems go.
Funny thing about it is the initial call from me I got her husband who just slammed the phone down in my ear. I called back for her because the lead was in her name. 2 weeks later we close.

Hong Kong is beautiful this time of year. Or someone said. Did you know that if you just put the month and day of your birth but don't pick a year it automatically makes every dau your birthday without you doing anything else? I was amused to find that out by simply making the mistake of not putting a year in.

Her ex on her phone waking from his nightly drug induced night terror. I fielded them all. Said he called his crew off and that I won the conflict. I explained to him that there never was a conflict and to try not to drop the soap. No response. Go figure.

Back and forth with my ex yesterday. Rough conversation. Ended with me telling her to find someone great because she deserves it and to not bury them under her family like she tried to do me. I prey she has the strength to do that. I don't know if she will though. Glad it's nto my problem anymore.

I was scared to death of this one client first time I talked to him.

Special Agent from the Fed builing. Does not mess around. I told him who I was when I talked to him and literally heard him typing in my name into his system checking me out. But shit I have nothing to hide.

Now? We close him within 2 weeks. He just referred another Special Agent for me to rework their situation too.

Special Agents whose job it is to bust bad guys. I rework their stuff. Pretty funny to me.

I've had one on me before back when an ex employer was trying to catch me breaking their Non Compete. In the end I continued to work and we shared a hearty laugh when years later I told them I worked under an alias and was going to work in my buddies' trunk and all they did was waste money on a PI and lawyer's fees.

Be it that I had made them about $25k that fiscal quarter they wanted to punch me but instead smiled and shook my hand and I went back to work.

Went out to drive her to work today and it wa a teal pick up with a small siren on it that looked directly at us. He won't catch me doing anythign because, well, I don't do anythign illegal. He had better hope he is licensed though because the state of PA you have to be and next time I see him I get his License # and call it in and it gets added to the growing police report on this assface ex.

Getting hammered by clients today. That's a good thing though. Any activuty in this line of work is good activity, and it's just that simple. Randy needs to make his August payment NOW or we can't save him $600 roughly a month. Hope he does. Best benefit to the borrower I have seen from a file in years, literally. Ryan just called me form the Fed building to talk about the disclosures he received. Went well, I still laugh sometimes that I am work from home guy looking like Grizzly Adams right now because my beard trimmer broke (and I left the replacement at home) and I could use a haircut and people like him are calling me from the Fed Building. Act as if.

I think I am going to win this pro style poker game with Nicky for 10 sexual favors. Let's be honest though, a loss is also a win here. But a win would be twice as nice. 30 minute blind increases. I'd say I have her stacked roughly 3 to 1 right now. Maybe we can finish tonight. We tried to get through it but had to stop to be naughty then I passed out. I guess it was time.

Developments -

The ex is officially gone. Responded to all that shit by letting the cat out of the bag. I gave her the phone but it remained in my name the whole time.

Result? Let him know that and that if I choose he is now guilty of like 218 harassing phone calls and messages. He responded by calling her mother. Bad call. Then his supposed new fiancee who was fucking his white trash ass while he was with my Angel wouldn't stop calling. Dropped the defamation suit bomb on her. They won't bother us again. :stevie:

1st night of hanging with her completely cool mother and her. Got smoked in scrabble and then Uno numerous times. Thought I was a winner going in. Not so much. Said that I threw the games to be chivalrous. That was a lie and I got laughed at.

She's on the rag. Bah. No 2 hole either because "I don't get that until wedding night." Meh. Ok then.

Well maybe not ALL weekend we will be going over her brothers to check out some furniture he wants to give us. He makes it for a living. Sweet.

Developments -

Well, I don't always agree with Stevek174s methods, but he continues to be 100% effective. During the power arm workout which was great he sent Nicky a few messages regarding the her ex that I didn't fully agree with but he chose our path and when he does that he holds nothing back. He knew she was on the bus with him (yes, my Angel on the bus puts a tear in my eye, I drive her now) telling him the way that it really is, end he was encouraging her to finish dropping the hammer. 174's msgs to her:

"Make sure to tell that piece of white trash that he is the only suspect for my car damage as far as the police are concerned and that I want him in jail for that"

"I have to be gone until he is gone"

"There is no way we can bring a kid into this world with a criminal like that in our lives. Let me know when and if he is gone."

Then the workout got cut off just before calf raises when the tow truck guy who was taking my junked old Toyota called me because he was 40 minutes early. We had been over it again and again, 630. He chose to do his own thing at 550 anyway; had to race down there.

Went down there and it was surprisingly, even shockingly cool. The uncle is awesome and invited me to come and party with them anytime I want. Asked me if I was getting back together with the ex and I simply said I don't really see that happening with very little elaboration. Asked what I have been up to just said working and partying my ass off. Accurate in a sense. The kids were 100% cool with me. They sure had a good time with that car. Holy cow lol. Painted it up and raced it around the gas wells. IT didn't affect the amount that I got for it so I don't care and I was able to get the license plate and the notebook with old mileage records out of it which will help me save a few Grr with the Feds. Maybe :)

I come back and realize that I had Nicky's work clothes that she asked me to wash since I have W/D at that place and she doesn't up here (soon to be resolved, the people I bought it from will move it for free :)). So I decide to come up here regardless of what she does with the ex if for any reason to make sure she has her clean clothes, but obviously I was going to be up here anyway was just saying that.

She comes home, tells me she completely told him what's up.

Now comes some enjoyable troubles. On her phone when we wake up, the following 6 text messages from him int he AM (get ready for chuckles Robyn), they were all send around 530 am, about the same time that on 8.8.10 he decided I was CAR BOMB:

Text 1: "Dear Little Steve (funny, I am bigger than him and I work out, anyway): Due to the fact that you do not respect Nicky's life or privacy (saying that me kicking him out of her life is unjust basically, I lol at that) I WILL Address yer (yes he writes yer) sorry insecure ass"

Some history there he was really into the pentacostal church and likes to pretend he's some kind of a diety. TRICKY SPIRITS FTW! GUY IF YOU ARE REALLY THAT, TELL ME SHOULD I BE FADING BECKETT BECAUSE I JUST CAN'T DECIDE!

Result is he gets this from Nicky that I asked her to send: Listen I have nothing to do with anything you have to send to Steve. His number is xxx-xxx-xxxx send him what you have to say to him there and please stop sending it to me it has nothing to do with me and stresses me out.

Then I ignore every one which when he gets in drug zone at abotu 530 am every morning will get more and more threatening. Then they get added to his file at the po po station. When he crosses the line, goodnight my man. Don't drop that soap!

They lay. I officially got milked like a fucking animal. At first I was down for like an hour but was so exhausted from the 4 horus of driving and everything else. She wouldn't take no for an answer. Unimaginable things done to me that ended with my arms pinned behind my head and the end, well I think we made a baby. Or another Baby. Holy crap. I ain't complaining.

Just took an app for this guy with like 7 properties could be very good for a very long time.
